On 25 December 2024, in Yerevan, Armenia, the ETL Pharmacovigilance Center and the Database and Statistics Technology LLC. (https://dst.am/ ) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to establish a framework for collaboration in the fields of pharmacovigilance, digital health integration, and risk management. The purpose is to combine resources and expertise to enhance safety surveillance, regulatory compliance, and innovation in health technology solutions.
The parties agree to collaborate in the following areas:
• Pharmacovigilance Services: Support safety data management, Individual Case Safety Report (ICSR) processing, and regulatory submissions.
• Digital Health Integration: Leverage DST Digital Health CRO’s digital tools and platforms for advanced pharmacovigilance reporting and analytics.
• Training and Capacity Building: Provide joint training sessions for staff to enhance skills in pharmacovigilance and digital health technologies.
• Risk Management Programs: Develop and implement risk management plans for pharmaceutical and medical device clients.
• Regulatory Support: Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards by integrating digital solutions with ETL PV Center’s Quality Management System (QMS).
